about

Around 2000 I had my year of alternative civilian service at a church in Krefeld/Lindental (which was a very boring job and I had a shitty boss who'd kicked me around like he wanted to).
In the freetime on the evening-shifts I was happy having a guitar at the office I had to supervise.
Somewhen then I wrote the songs "Half The Day" and "Still" which both can be found on the first Monzoon-album "Lo-Fi".

Klaus Engers recorded that album with us at just one single day, exactly in 14 hours and Klaus and me did a lot of overdubs at Klaus' home later on.
